Store assistant was very helpful, good sense of humour, almost like talking to a friend. Products were good quality with a wide range. Overall a good experience.

Well the kind gentleman was very understanding of what we liked and which types of bed were the most suitable for us (softest) and then helped us see all the options we could make to suit our preference the most to combine our dream bed. He was very informative and knew everything like the palm of his hand.
