Friendly staff and not too pushy. Allowed us time to look and think about our options. With tight space for king size bed, our sales advisor Martin gave us options we hadn’t considered eg wall Mounted headboard. Great service

The sales assistant Martin was extremely helpful and gave us time to test various mattresses and helped us to find a bed that fitted our requirements. All of the staff in the shop were very pleasant.

I got good service from Stephen, not pounced upon as soon as I walked through the door, but with attentive service when asked, and also being left alone to try products and make up my mind.

Richard was very good. He gave us time and space to allow us to decide what we needed. He offered the use of the machine that tests what we want and need and then showed us around the various options. We did not feel we were being sold too but guided to what would suit our needs best. We left the store to think about the options and returned the next day. Richard was very welcoming and remembered our requirements from the previous day. A good experience. Thank you

I was greeted as I came through the door. I thought I knew which mattress I wanted but Richard (salesperson) advised me to try the machine to predict what was best for me while he made me a coffee. Tried out the top three mattresses advised. Richard was very helpful and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured and once I’d made my decision Richard processed the order efficiently. So far, everything was perfect. The mattress is due to be delivered next week and I feel confident that all will be well.
