The sales assistant listened to what we wanted and was friendly and knowledgeable.

Spent very little time in store was dealt with quickly and professionally

Stephen was very helpful, gave us different options, wasn’t impatient with our inability to make a decision and was very polite and professional (which should be a given but apparently it’s not these days)

The person who served us today, Martin, was just brilliant. He was very friendly and professional but he was not pushy - he helped us and showed us some different mattresses and beds and then gave us time to look round. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. We went in another bed shop afterwards and found a similar priced bed, but came back to dreams because of Martins excellent customer service.

Martin was extremely helpful and remembered me as I visited the store 3 times to make sure which items I needed. He was very helpful each and every time - the final transaction was swift and efficient, with a speedy delivery date given.
