Rich (loughborough branch) couldnt do enough to assist us in choosing the right bed, even took his time to entertain our child whilst trying the products.

We were greeted as we entered the store but were not pressured by the salesman until we were ready to ask for assistance with what we were looking for. he showed great knowledge of the products and found us what we were looking for

The salesman was very friendly and down to earth but not pushy. He gave us time to talk it through in private and gave us all the help we needed. We were really pleased with the mattress and pillows and the quality!

We came in to store after seeing online the mattress we had wanted for our sons new bedroom now had £100 off. Although the single mattress wasn’t available to view an assistant took us straight through to see the mattress in the double they had so we could try it out - super service and we quickly placed the order. We were also advised of an offer because we had bought a mattress we were eligible for half price pillows and duvet set which we purchased. Very very satisfied.

Great service I went elsewhere looking for a mattress and returned back to Dream’s to order it 5 days later
