Staff very friendly and helpful

Staff were very down to Earth, friendly and helpful. They checked my partners previous order with them to find out which style mattress he had bought so that we could order the same style in a bigger size. Staff were very thorough and gave honest opinions.

It was easy to find what we need online and in store aswell

The man who served us was very friendly and knowledgable and listen to what we wanted and helped find the perfect fit for us.

My initial visit for a quote involved the understanding of my needs by laying on an ‘automated’ mattress for a few minutes which helped the original assistant Nadia to demonstrate 3 or 4 most suitable mattresses for me. She listened very carefully and understood that on that visit I was only there for a quote. She did attempt to get me to buy, but was not at all pushy. I returned to the store around a week later to place my order, to find Nadia had left your company; and I was served by Stephen. Stephen processed the order efficiently and added value to my purchase by clearly taking me through the extended warranty and mattress protector bundle. Finally, the 2 delivery guys were very friendly and efficient in removing my old mattress and replacing with the new. In and out in a matter of minutes. Service & Product all great. Thanks!

Was welcomed by the what happen to be the store manager who was training a new employee. Went to the store after a local job & in need for a new bed & mattress. A director myself & working with retail sales this was a an experience I was ready to rate for customer service . The experience & patience by Steve was first class . He asked all the right questions & never judges or assumed what I need. I’m sure the new staff that shadowed the experience also benefited from the day. Very good service and staff

We were assisted by Sammi, a most delightful, knowledgeable young lady who took time to understand our specific requirements which are concerned with our ages, namely 93 and 88. We cannot adequately describe how impressed we were by her personal and technical skills. Dreams should nurture these skills and plan now for an increasingly rewarding career.
