Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, purchased a ex display item at a great price highly satisfied customer.

Very friendly, helpful and efficient sales man, not pushy but polite and helpful. Nothing too much trouble, very pleasant experience. Gave us all options and opportunities to try out mattresses, left us alone as appropriate and was there when we needed to consult him. Offered us drinks and made us feel at home, and was of great assistance the whole time.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Visited twice before making final noise and salesman remembered us (some weeks later). No pressure to buy and clear pricing when we did so.

Salesman asked if we needed help but was not persistent when we said we were just looking at present. When we asked pertinent questions re: bed, he was informative and friendly. All in all we felt we had received good service and would definitely recommend to others.

We were assisted by Richard at the Loughborough branch of Dreams and were really impressed with his knowledge, customer service and patience when helping us make a decision on our bed purchase. We did not feel at all pushed for sales and left feeling positive about our experience. Would highly recommend to all!
