Steve the store manager was very helpful and not pushy for us to make a decision in store, which in turn meant we phoned back later to place our order.

We were asked if we needed help and then left alone to make our decision. There was no pressure. Felt with the technology you have that we have the right mattress for us. Didn't realise this was available until we were told about it. All our questions were answered at the time.

Martin was very kind with my mum and he explained all the type of mattresses and he was answering all the questions that we asked, I was not expecting my mum to come out with buying one but Martin was very helpful to make it easy to buy the mattress Thank you Martin

The assistant was very knowledgeable but wasn’t pushy. He had lots of time to explain and show us our options. He was excellent.

Friendly staff, not pushy, directed us to suitable mattresses and explained a out them. Once we had tried them all left us alone to talk and continue trying. Then after we'd narrowed it down to 2 he gave us further advice

We had researched the matress we wanted prior to visiting the store, the gentlemen that served us was very good indeed he knew his stuff and served us swiftly and professionally
