Dreams - Loughborough

We have been a Dreams costumer over the past 12 years and have always been very satisfied with the products and the staff at your Loughborough store. We had visited your web site and again visited the store. We were greeted by Richard and found his help invaluable. We used the sleep monitoring bed and then Richard suggested suitable beds that matched the readings. His knowledge was very good, and after making our decision, we were guided through the actual purchase. All very quick and smooth. Delivery was made for 5 days hence ( very quick). Richard was a credit to himself and to Dreams. Thank you again and know that we will continue to use Dreams when considering future purchases

The range of products and there price was easily accessed, the bed we wanted for a price we could afford was available and will be delivered within a couple of weeks.

We had a clear idea of what kind of product to buy and were able to specify this to the salesman. He was able to show us appropriate products immediately and then was able to provide information on various options we could consider. We arrived at an appropriate solution quickly. The salesman dealt with our inquiry extremely well and in a very pleasant way.

The help we received in store was great, we got a great discount on our products and this was further discounted with my Team GB club card.

The young man was very attentive without being pushy, very knowledgeable on the products and explained things very clearly.

I’ve been to other bed stores and I was pounced on straight the way but with dreams they let me look round at my leisure and the came and asked if we wanted to know about any products which we were looking at. The assistant was very helpful and ran through everything about the bed and showed use the reviews of the bed. He also ran through all the extra products they off and really made use feel welcome unlike bensons for bed they just put me off buying a bed from them dreams have been extremely helpful and I will be recommending you to people who are looking to buy a new bed always had bed from dreams and so has my family and friends and in the years I’ve been a customer I have been extremely satisfied every single time. All dreams products are extremely well made and the after care service is amazing if you need help or support. I certainly will be using dreams for years to come thank you for you service and having such great staff at Loughborough dreams store.

Quick, friendly and efficient service. I've just phoned the store to cancel the old mattress disposal and hope to have the £40 fee cancelled. I've left a message as no one was available to answer so I hope this works out.
