Martin who I spoke to on the phone was helpful ,when we went to the store the next day he took time with us as my husbands had a stroke ,he didn’t hurry us as we took time to choose which mattress we wanted,I can’t thank him enough for his help .just waiting for bed to be delivered in a few weeks

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who listened to our requirements and offered advice without being pushy or trying to get us to spend more money than we wanted. Only minor dissatisfaction is that there was not more choice of wooden finish beds with storage.

Felt very welcome, hot drinks provided.

manager Steve was extremely helpful and selection of products was great.could not fault any aspect of our visit to the store.

Roshan, the sales person, was extremely helpful, greeted us as we entered the store and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the bed we had chosen from the sleepmatch machine. We did not feel as though we were being rushed or pressurised, we were even offered refreshments. An excellent experience overall, particularly as he also spent time ensuring that the pillow we used to try each of the beds was perfect for us - consequently we brought the pillows too!

Richard was very helpful from the start. He gave us plenty of information on the mattresses available and we found our ideal mattress within the hour. The prices were reasonable and we felt confident we had chosen the right one thanks to the dreams sleep analyser.

I was dreading going to choose a new bed, but as soon as I entered the store I was made to feel very welcome, and treated with great care as a valued customer. Roshan listened to my needs and thoughts, and nothing was too much trouble. He is obviously a very experienced staff member, and very knowledgeable about all the products. By the end of my visit it felt more like a day out than a dreaded endurance shopping experience!

Stephen was so helpful from beginning to end and made the whole experience completely painless. He gave just the right amount of attention and was really informed about the products we were buying.

The "dreams colleague" was very knowledgable concerning the many products available and after our assessment showed us the various options that we could choose from. He listened to our specific needs and gave us advice. Having dealt with another competitor the service provided here was by far superior. We were very satisfied.
