Assistance as soon as I needed it and not being stalked around the store .

45 mins before closing time on the last day of the xmas sale, i received excellent attention, customer service and support. No hard sell on entering the store, a friendly welcome followed by a few offers of help whilst we browsed beds. On selecting one, Roshan the advisor was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the mattress and frame but still offered the sleep match machine so I could make an independent choice. The process was quick (and very comfortable!) and actually confirmed i had made the right choice in mattress which was great, but also gave some alternatives- which i actually ended up buying due to the knowledge about benefit to me i was given. A great experience in comparison to other bed stores which i visited and took more of a sales pitchwhich really pressured me to make a choice....buying a bed should be as the future experience will be...relaxing- which is what i got from Dreams.

We came to the store with my son who is a wheelchair user. The items we needed to view were upstairs, unfortunately the lift was out of order which meant we couldn't get him upstairs to look together at the item. However, as soon as a member of staff saw us, they came straight over, apologised, took my husband to the item, answered his questions, then came back and showed me what he was looking at on the computer. I was impressed with how he dealt with us and immediately turned an issue into an advantage. He then took me and showed me the items, gave me all the info and we had ordered, paid and were out the door in less than 20 minutes. This was great service, I think the store understood our needs very well. Well done, not all barriers we experience are dealt with so well.

The staff were very kind and considerate as I am disabled and trying out beds is hard.

The Sales Team was highly efficient and friendly. We were offered coffee and had a very informative assessment of our requirements. We were shown a range of products and the benefits or otherwise were clearly explained.

We knew what we wanted, the salesman helped us find it and didn't force or push us at all.

Welcomed when arrived in store, asked if assistance was needed, offered a drink, assistance wasn’t rushed, and staff were helpful, and was surprised how quick my goods were available
