Liked the bed that mapped position and which mattress would suit us best. Staff friendly and accommodating

Better quality than bensons, explained what’s we wanted and staff listened and responded well.

Staff were friendly and helpful, we aimed to do the sleepmatch, and when we walked towards the staff a member (Roshan) came over to help, talk us through everything and take care of us as we looked around the store

We were left alone to have a look around and then someone was on hand when we needed them. Pricing up, arranging delivery etc was all very efficient. Knowledge of the products was bang on and the store had pens/ paper and a little shopping trolley to entertain my daughter whilst we looked and sorted out what we wanted. Very pleased.

Excellent knowledge and customer service, sales advisor (Roshan) was very helpful, not pushy and advised extremely well on requirements.

Chris who showed us the products and did the test to see what type of mattress would suit was very professional and helpful and allowed us time to talk privately about our options etc which is more than a lot of assistants in shops tend to do. I found a mattress that was perfect and while it was a little more than I was planning on paying it was also far better quality and comfort than I was expecting.
