Friendly and helpful assistant, not kept waiting

I've had a terrible old bed for quite a while and thought I'd treat myself and my partner to a decent bed so after looking around at different stores we ended up at dreams in Loughborough where we was shown around by a great employee called Martin who went through every step needed to find the right bed . Martin is a asset to dreams he knows his stuff to and also makes the shopping experience worth while great sense of humour knowledgeable everything you need he could help. After a little while in the store we came across are dream bed sat down with Martin orderd it paid simple quick easy then couple days later the new bed arrived and where great couple of lads done everything required very happy

We were served immediately. The products were well placed and readily accessible. The staff were helpful, friendly and responsive. There was a wide range of good products.

I was greeted as I walked in the door and was assisted quickly. It was also wick and easy to order a mattress once I found one I liked. The whole process didn’t take long at all.

I was absolutely delighted with the service from Roshan. His knowledge and manners are impeccable! There was no hard sell, I was able to take my time and no pressure to hurry me which sadly is where many stores fail! He is a real credit to Dreams and an excellent Ambassador for Dreams! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams.....never even bothered going to Bensons!!

Staff were far more friendly and helpful compared to our visit to a competitor store/company. Info was pitched at the perfect level, staff offered assistance but were not too over powering/standing over us.
