Lovely friendly and inviting staff. Did not feel pressured. Very good service

I found it a very welcoming lace the staff were exceptional from the speed at which I was greeted to the time i was given to make my decision. The only negative I found was the position of the Machine on which to lie to find out what mattress would be best for me just inside the front door I felt conspicuous and would have preferred it to have been further back in the store, otherwise everything was fine thank you.

Richard who was the gentleman who served us was very professional and made sure our every needs were met .We would definitely recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

Every member of staff working on our visit ask if we were ok and we would like drink then when it came to sorting our they were very helpful

We had been to a competitor the previous day but on visiting Dreams we found the selection of beds to be far greater. The computerised bed that selects a mattress compatible with you was great and gave a good range of mattress's to choose from. These had not only a range in type but also price. The sales person did not take you or try to sell us immediately the most expensive, even though that is what we ended buying but from personal choice. The sales person had very good knowledge and seemed open and honest in his assessments.

Sales advisor Roshan was friendly and spent time listening to my needs. He did not put any pressure on to buy and gave me plenty of time to test the beds and see what was best for me. He was respectful of my price range and advised accordingly. Great service and I've already told fromeds and family about it.

I only went to store to buy a new single mattress, I was quite happy to pick this item up, carry to the checkout and pay. I was with my 8 year old son and we were just about to pick up and carry the mattress when we were greeted by a very happy smiley member of staff, asking if we needed assistance. I responded and let him know I only wanted this item, he offered to carry to the checkout, made conversation with myself and my young boy all the time, paid for the item and then he offered to carry to the car. I thought I’d be ok and didn’t want him to be pulled away from work to carry something I could have carried, he was insistent but in a lovely way, I agreed, he carried to the car and chatted more as he was doing so! On putting it in my car boot he shook my hand and my little boys and thanked us for shopping with Dreams! I feel he had amazing customer service skills and to include my little one made him feel special too. Well done young man from Dreams Loughborough, I don’t recall his name but it was around 1pm on Saturday 11th Jan 2020 we visited the Loughborough branch!
