Yes every thing was good the staff did not have a mask on it would be better if they had but they do not have to have one on. I had a mask and a visor on.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Visited the Loughborough stores twice and looked after by the store manager Steve on both visits who was amazing with his customer service, he was full of knowledge, listened to our needs, which was the most important thing and not pushy at all which was great. We placed our order of an mattress, pillows and duvet along with the extra cover we opted for all very efficiently and within a reasonable time. Couldn't have asked for anything more
