Richard in the Loughborough store came straight up to me offering help. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the TV beds which I was looking for. I visited bensons just before visiting Dreams but felt more relaxed and in good hands at Dreams. I was put under no pressure and this help in choosing and purchasing my bed and mattress. The special bed in the entrance that determines the best mattress for you was a great experience. I was spending a lot of money and I had to get it right.

Jason listened to our needs, encouraged us to use the equipment to assess bed suitability then provided us with a range of options in different price ranges. We were impressed with the service we received, the price, delivery arrangements and extras offered.

Everything was as good as we were expecting.

All staff I dealt with were extremely helpful taking trouble to discuss any issues I might have - I would particularly mention Christopher who found me exactly the mattresses that I needed - all in all an excellent customer experience. We were helped in the Loughborough Store by a lady called Samantha. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what we wanted and offered her advice on the different types of beds and mattresses. She was extremely polite and very easy to talk too.

We was welcomed by a gentleman named Stephen, we were given all the information we was looking for, he was very pleasant and offered us some refreshments, he talked us through the whole sale .he wished us well, and told us if there was any problems to get in contact with him. X
