Lizzie had alot of knowledge of all the mattresses that were on offer at the store. She was able to give full explanations of everything! She was very attentive throughout, excellent customer service and provided a brilliant service. It was not her fault that the delivery is going to take so long but out matress has collapsed and we are desperate need of a new one. We didn't want to but a different one just to get it delivered sooner.
