Tracy was superb. She read me correctly and knew that I only wanted to speak to my daughter until we reached a decision, at which point she was immediately on hand to clarify and help with my purchase. She was also extremely professional and efficient in her implementation of the Covid restrictions which gave Imogen confidence.

Lizzie had alot of knowledge of all the mattresses that were on offer at the store. She was able to give full explanations of everything! She was very attentive throughout, excellent customer service and provided a brilliant service. It was not her fault that the delivery is going to take so long but out matress has collapsed and we are desperate need of a new one. We didn't want to but a different one just to get it delivered sooner.
