I was assisted by a lovely lady called Tracey .. she was very helpful and knowledgable.. I was very worried about buying a new bed on my own but Tracey put me as ease and helped me choose the bed I wanted .. could you please thank her from me for making my first purchase of a bed a nice experience .. I hope the delivery and installation is as good

Tracey was brilliant she cleaned everything before and after we touch or used it, I was very impressed. She was so patient after cleaning a bed and I wanted to test it again.

I found out experience at the Cwmban store very professional and friendly. We found that the store was extremely clean and sanitising products were readily available. Lynne Jsmes who is a member of your staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly and dealt with myself and my husband with the highest level of service. I will definitely be recommending Dreams to our family and friends.
