Lynne James, at the Cwmbran store was very attentive and due to my medical issues completely understood my concerns and needs. Wasn't condescending when asked to repeat things or to try materasses multiple times.

We were greeted straight away by Lizzie with a welcoming smile who introduced us to the sleep experience to determine which bed would be suitable for us. She then showed us the relevant beds and gave us time to try them and a chance to discuss them without being pressurised. She offered both of us a bottle of water each and was extremely informative and attentive. It was her excellent service and manner which led to us purchasing the mattress, bed, headboard and pillows. Lizzie was an asset to your store. People these days are very quick to find fault but not so quick to praise. My wife and I thinks she deserves a Christmas bonus!!!!!!

Lizzie was very welcoming. We felt at ease as soon as we walked n to the store She talked us through the whole process and suggested 6 mattresses ranging in price that matched our needs We opted for Interest Free HP and this was a very easy process We opted to have our mattress taken away and the communications by email and text have been very good The time for delivery is amazing and a 2 hour delivery slot is ideal I have already recommended you to a friend Can't wait until our mattress arrives on Wednesday All in all a very happy customer

Friendly and obliging staff, Huw was new to the store but showed great customer service.

We was greeted by Lynne J upon arrival and looked after for the remainder of the visit. Plenty of knowledge about the product we bought, social distancing was perfectly achieved along with the use of masks. We were offered refreshments and completed our order without a hiccup. Great service and would definitely return to shop again.

Tracey knew her job well. Was helpful and very patient. Gave excellent service and made me feel comfortable in store.

Tracey (the assistant manager at the Cwmbran branch) was fantastic! Highly knowledgeable about products, took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and made it generally a very easy and quick experience! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!
