Naomi was very courteous ,pleasant and approachable , attentive and knowledgable throughout our visit .We needed a bed and mattress & pillows,Naomi explained and showed us to area which allowed us to lie down on mattresses ( can’t remember the name ) which analysed mine and my husband body positions/weight.Naomi then explained the suitable mattresses we may prefer from the results produced Naomi was very attentive to hygiene in view of Covid 19 .

The sales person was very helpful and advised rather than pushed for a sale. We were able to try several beds after participating on the analyser before making our decision .

Lynne James was very friendly and informative and helped us chose the right bed. Very impressed with shopping here.
