Friendly greeting and thanked me for sanitizing. Listened to my needs. Wasn't pushy and had lots of time to show me the products and let me test them. Felt very comfortable during the whole experience

Naomi was very courteous ,pleasant and approachable , attentive and knowledgable throughout our visit .We needed a bed and mattress & pillows,Naomi explained and showed us to area which allowed us to lie down on mattresses ( can’t remember the name ) which analysed mine and my husband body positions/weight.Naomi then explained the suitable mattresses we may prefer from the results produced Naomi was very attentive to hygiene in view of Covid 19 .
