Tracey served me, she was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable regarding the products sold in the shop

I came in with my sister looking for a new mattress. We were greeted on arrival, asked if we could not touch anything but to feel free to look around. We were told someone would be with us on request. On finding some I liked I signalled a lady who came and told me about the mattresses I was looking at. Tracey her name was. She took me to the machine to see which mattress would be good for me. My sister needed to sit down and Tracy covered a bed with paper and asked another assistant to get her a bottle of water. Much appreciated as my sister is a bit wobbly on her feet and didn’t have her walking frame. Tracy asked me some questions, and set up the machine. I was impressed by the machine and the way paper was laid down for me and when it was done how Tracey cleaned everything. She asked more questions and as I get hot in bed gave me a pillow and off we went to look at the mattresses. I placed the paper on the bed as directed and got comfy. I wasn’t rushed and felt really taken care of.
