Lynne listened to my likes and dislikes and completely understood everything I was describing. She did not make me feel like she was just interested in a sale, she was interested in finding what I was looking for. Great service and would highly recommend the Cwmbran store

we arrived at dreams just to have a look and see if you had what we were looking for highly impressed with the layout of the store and the info placed on each product we were assisted by a young man called Huw who was helpful informative and had good product knowledge couldnt have asked for a more ameniable and helpful person to help us pick the item we wanted Very suprised given the help and information we were given by Huw to learn that he had only just finnished his probation period this young man is a credit to your company

Great experience in store. Was greeted and offered help. Then received help from start to finish to receive a product perfect for us. Such a lovely, friendly lady. Easy to talk to and made shopping for a new mattress a lot easier.
