On entering the store I was pleased to see all precautions against Covid were available for customers. Hand sanitizer and disposable paper sheets to cover mattress and pillows. Gel was distributed around the store so felt very safe , wore masks as well and the sales advisor also wore a face shield. I was impressed with the bed that decides what types of mattress were bedt suited for me and my partner. Lynne L was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress. Excellent service.

The sales assistant in the store was superb and was a credit to the company,

Naomi was really helpful. She was also really mindful of our budget and that was reassuring as there’s nothing worse than being in a position where you’re being showed things you can’t afford so we really appreciated that. COVID measures were great and we were impressed with being offered a bottle of water and the added sanitisation going on. Overall it was so quick and painless I wouldn’t hesitate in returning.
