From the moment we stepped into the store we were made to feel comfortable. This was our first purchase of this kind in the current climate and were made to feel at ease from the ourset. The knowledge and friendliness of Lizzie was hugely reassuring and made the whole experience and very pleasant one. From the offer of protection to the offer of bottled water was well thought through.

We visited the store twice once on my own the second time with my partner to make sure we were getting the correct product.on both vissts the member of staff was very helpful and insured we obtained the product we required the only slight drawback is the wait for delivery and a good night's sleep
