Soon as I walked in the shop I felt welcomed and safe. I was put on the find the perfect mattress machine which was a cool experience and it benefited me when choosing a mattress. The girl that helped me (Naomi, Cwmbran store) was really helpful and talked me through everything and the prices etc.

We entered the store and were greeted straight away by Tracey. Tracey asked us what we were shopping for and explained clearly about the sleep match machine in which we led on to confirm which mattress suited our needs. Tracey was very knowledgeable about the difference types of firm mattresses in the store and showed us each one and helped us come to a decision as to which we bought. Tracey also had a very good sense of humour, and we had a good chuckle whilst selecting a mattress.

Tracey,the assistant that served us was very attentive, knowledgable and was able to answer any question with ease. She also had a very pleasant attitude. COVID disciplines within the the store was very reassuring and every where we went, or mattresses we tried Tracey always ensured OUR PPE was properly in situ before we tested, this overall was very reassuring.
