We were not pressurised by Tracey to buy anything. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and explained fully the benefits of each bed we tried. There was an excellent choice within various price ranges and the one we selected was so comfortable.

Soon as I walked in the shop I felt welcomed and safe. I was put on the find the perfect mattress machine which was a cool experience and it benefited me when choosing a mattress. The girl that helped me (Naomi, Cwmbran store) was really helpful and talked me through everything and the prices etc.
