The lady who served us was very friendly nd assisted to our needs of the type of mattress we were looking for. We were given our own pillows whilst trying the beds nd the mattresses were sprayed after we tried them, covid restrictions were fabulous

The young lady who assisted us was a delight....very clear descriptions' of the mattress we needed. We had an enjoyable experience in the store, which was pleasant and clean.

Lizze was very patient and took plenty of time to understand my nan's needs, repeating the information to her multiple times. Lizze showed us all the products that were in store that matched what my nan required and was very chatty and relaxed making my nan feel comfortable.

Naomi in Cwmbran stole the show and was excellent.

Lynne James spent time with us to ensure we got the right mattress for us. She took us on the machine and her knowledge of the products was fantastic. She gave us the space to make a decision. The two gentlemen who delivered the mattress were very polite and a great help. They used shoe coverings to bring the mattress in, carried it up the stairs and even put it on the bed. They also gave excellent guidance around leaving it for a couple of hours for the fire resistance to dispense and about using a topper as any stains would prevent it from being returned within 40 days. The service from start to finish was excellent and I look forward to a wonderful sleep on my new, comfortable mattress! Thanks.
