From entering the store we were greeted by the Store manager who helped us from entering to departing. Helped with the sleep machine to choose our products and guided us to those that were suitable for our needs.

We were met with friendly staff who provided us with a quote because at that time we were not looking to place an order.,Lizzie was only to happy to assist and we returned later in the afternoon to make our order with her. Excellent customer service.
