we were served by NAOMI who made us very welcome,she showed us the machine for telling you what sort of matress to have,her knowledge of products was quite impressive,but most of all she made us feel at ease and not pressured in any way ,a lovely young lady.

My husband and I visited Dreams Cwmbran store on Saturday, 29th August just to have a look after having visited Bensons for beds. We were not really going to buy at Dreams as we had selected a bed, headboard and mattress in Bensons for Beds. However, we met Lizzie in Dreams and she was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable that we changed our mind and returned on Monday, 31st August and bought everything we needed from Dreams. We were very impressed by her enthusiasm, positive attitude and genuine interest in offering us the best service and product. She encouraged us to try the sleep machine and went through with the recommended options for us. She was clear and very good in her communication of the various products and Dreams services and provided us with the required information to help us make an informed choice. She also ensured that we were safe while trying the different mattresses by putting protective sheet on the mattresses and pillows and spraying the products clean for the next customers. She even offered us beverages and water and allowed us personal time to try the beds, mattresses and pillows. We were very impressed by her professional service :)
