The staff where very welcoming and tried there best to offer products based around our budget and did not push us out of our price range

Friendly greeting on entering shop, social distancing, hand sanitizers used. Tracey explained every step for the demonstration and guided us to the relevant beds which were best for us. Tracey was patient and answered all our questions effectively. No pressure to purchase. Was a very good experience.

Pleasant experience, lots of choice, very friendly and helpful staff member called Naomi, who was very knowledgeable and patient, didn’t pressure me into buying, and gave very good advice to make sure it was what I wanted.
