The knowledge of Tracey at Cwmbran store (093) who helped us decide what mattresses to buy, she was really patient with us and so helpful, really lovely lady. The cleanliness was really good and Tracey was spraying the beds after each time and we were provided with a pillow and paper roll to lie on, we felt as safe as it is possible to be during this time. We didn't feel pressured and Tracey have us space to decide what was going to do but was there when we needed her. Can't wait to get our mattresses delivered.

We entered the store with an idea of price range and firmness of mattress we would like. We were greeted upon entrance and had the social distancing guidelines explained. As a pregnant woman I felt safe with the guidelines put in place. We initially said we were happy to wander looking for a double size mattress. However, we were very grateful to have guidance by Lynne James explaining the location of the double mattresses and listening to our needs. Lynne showed us mattresses that fitted within our budget and comfort needs. And we think we have the perfect mattress (due to arrive tomorrow!) Our overall experience was stress free and would happily go back to that particular store for any bed related products in future!
