The service from Lynne L at the Cwmbran store was excellent. She listened to us, was very knowledgeable and dealt with our questions professionally and helpfully. Also enjoyed the Sleepmaster!!

Staff member was extremely knowledgable and listened to my requirements with great care. Service was extremely quick and order was also placed very quickly.

My requirements were taken into consideration and your sales person did not try to hard sell the products to me. They advised me but left the final decision to me which is the way that it should be. I did not feel pressurised as the sales person was confident in the quality of your stock.

Tracey, walked us around trying everything to match our needs. We never realised how much is involved to make the correct choice of bed! Tracey had all the knowledge and skills to assist us perfectly. Excellent communication skills and friendly personality, a credit to your store.

Lynne the sales assistant who helped us with our order was amazing. This was our second visit and on our first our daughter had a very bad flare up of eczema causing her to scratch. Lynne got her cold paper towels to cool her skin and also gave her crisps as well. Her product knowledge was second to none, customer service outstanding and she involved our daughter to make the experience enjoyable for her also. Thank you Lynne for going the extra mile.

Visited your cwmbran store on Saturday with my partner and was served by Huw. He was extremely friendly and his customer service skills were great! He allowed us to try products and took his time to explain things to us and even offered us a cup of tea whilst we finalised our purchase. 10/10 for service and will definitely be back.
