We were served by Tracey today who was amazing!! Welcomed us on entry to the store. Social distance in place. Staff wore PPE which was reassuring and offered us refreshments, PPE and advised us on all suited products. We originally visited yesterday after having an awful experience with another company. I phoned today for additional info and advice and Tracey was extremely helpful.

We were greeted by Lynne who was very friendly. We enjoyed the find your mattress sleep experience and then we tried 4. This was a good number as anymore could have been confusing. Lynne seemed knowledgable and offered her own recommendations which were helpful.

Tracey interduec herself wash our hands offered a drink ask a couple of questions about watt we wanted tracey ask us to lie on bed special bed for 3 mins then took us to the matteress for us look at. the first one we look at we bought offered a another drink and when thought the paper work tracey was very clear in watt she was saying. Thank you for great experience
