Lynne was a friendly knowledgeable person who we felt very comfortable with. She didn’t try and point you in a certain direction. Delighted with the service and our purchase!!! Especially the ‘cloud’ pillows 😍 game changers!!!

We were advised by Lizzie at the Cwmbran Dreams store. She was pleasant, polite, cheerful and helpful. She guided us to mattresses to fit our stated needs. Was able to answer all our questions during making a decision and about our chosen model. We could not have asked for more.

We were served by Tracey today who was amazing!! Welcomed us on entry to the store. Social distance in place. Staff wore PPE which was reassuring and offered us refreshments, PPE and advised us on all suited products. We originally visited yesterday after having an awful experience with another company. I phoned today for additional info and advice and Tracey was extremely helpful.
