Dreams - Cwmbran

This my second visit to dreams this year first mattress is excellent so returned to the same shop for another. Easy shopping when the products and staff are good.

We spoke to the lady Naomi (Cwmbran store) over the phone before we visited the store to ask for recommendations which she was very knowledgeable about and also very friendly. Naomi understood my needs completley and recommended a few different bed bases which were perfect. Naomi then greeted us at the store and remembered our names and what we were looking for and gave us advice about what matresses were recommended. Naomi was polite friendly and knowledgeable through the whole visit and was efficient at placing our order and answering all the questions we had. Tracey also gave us assistance and recommended spme headboards and offered us a very good deal as well as being friendly too. As someone on a limited budget I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be offered anything but they were very understanding of my situation. I would recommend the cwmbram store to anyone looking for beds or similar products. The staff there are an assest to your company

The store was clean and welcoming and there were Covid protection measurements in place as we entered the store and tried out the beds. The Dreams assistant , Lynne James made sure we understood the process for measuring our body weight distribution on the special machine and what to look for when choosing the correct mattress for our needs.She was extremely patient whilst we tried out several beds before the right one for us.
