We were very impressed with the sales person Lynne J who was very informative regarding the bed frame we were interested in, and the way she completed the purchase very clearly

When me and my partner walked into dreams cwmbran we was met by lynne James and was told about the way the shop was running due to COVID lynne was very professional and as I’ve just had major surgery she was very helpful in helping us we was taken to the sleep match bed which was sanitised befor we got onto the bed and after lynne James then showed us the matches that would be best for us. Lynne was very professional in explaining everything to us After we chose our bed and mattress we then went to the desk where we sorted out the finance and delivery dates was a very quick and easy process I must say I can’t fault lynne James in any way she is a very professional and a very nice person to help your customers overall the experience was 10/10 me and my partner left the shop really happy with the whole experience thankyou lynne
