The young lady who served us was most professional . Couldn't fault her at all . We had to change the delivery week the following day again the lady on the end of the phone was most helpful and sorted it out in mins .

Lynne, the assistant, welcomed us and we were impressed how soon she sussed our needs and knew the products that would suit us. She was very knowledgeable. We were not rushed and could try out a variety of beds. The measures in place for covid were rigorous and made us feel safe.

I had a warm welcome from Naomi my Dreams assistant. She was attentive and listened to my thoughts and needs to fit to my requirements. Naomi was helpful with her suggestions and shared the range of beds and mattresses available. Naomi was fantastic in running through clearly the cost of the purchase Allowing me time to consider and confirm my choice. I am looking forward to receiving the beds and mattresses ordered.
