I have Parkinsons and have serious movement problems. Your lady looking after us, was wonderful. She was patient, caring, and understood my problems, so did not rush us at all. I wish all shops were as kind.

Cwmbran store - Tracey, Assistant Manager was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Helped us out choosing a new mattress. Had no plans to buy on the day and just went in 'for a look' but she was extremely good at her job and we ended up walking out 15 mins later having just bought a new mattress for a great price.

Very helpful member of staff (Tracey Cwmbran store) made the experience much easier explaining the ideal type of bed for me. No pressure into buy and helped get discounts applied to save me as much money as possible

The colleague, Tracey, met us at the door, allowed us time to look at things we had seen online and was available as soon as we wanted advice. We were invited to use the mattress choosing technology, which was quite impressive and then led through the options that would suit us by Tracey.

On entering the store we were immediately approached by Lynne who was both friendly and knowledgeable and talked us through the testing process and showed us the mattresses shown to be suitable for us. Having made up our minds, we were offered bottled water ad offered delivery dates to suit ourselves.

Someone greeted us at the door and asked if they could assist.told them what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction with the options provided by the team.did not feel pressurised into buying.very warm and welcoming lady who took time to answer answer any questions

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams. The assistant Naomi was incredibly helpful and understanding. She was also easy to talk to and helped me pick the right mattress for myself and husband who couldn’t make it and also used the sleepy match on my daughter and son in law for when there ready to get a bed
