Excellent customer service offered by Lizzie at the Cwmbran store. Product knowledge was first class, not at all pushy, gave me time to make an informed decision. Explained the delivery process was first class. Being an employer myself, she is a first class employee and you should be proud of her. I wish other shops had store assistants like her. Makes shopping a pleasure.

As soon as we came in we were greeted and asked did we need help the assistant took her time asking what were our requirements and showed us to various mattresses explained about them and once chosen was offered different options on payment

The young lady who served us was most professional . Couldn't fault her at all . We had to change the delivery week the following day again the lady on the end of the phone was most helpful and sorted it out in mins .
