From start to finish we had great reception from staff lizzie very high standard of heath & safety when showing us around looking at beds very friendly service through out visit , lizzie made sure we had all the correct information showing us how to get the correct mattress we were looking for ,we had a go on the mattress dreams matching which showed us we needed a medium mattress ,so over all yes very pleased with shopping at dreams this is our third mattress we have bought from dreams and hope they are still there when we need to buy another one ,and big thank you to lizzie for take good care of us .

The assistant was able to give us all the info we needed. As we were able to buy a bed frame with side tables included we no linger needed a secon furniture shop

From entering the store we were given a high quality customer service. We were put on the sleep match and as soon as the results were in, we were shown the mattresses relevant to our needs. The lady in store was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. This enabled us to make our minds up and buy a mattress. After returning home we decided to buy the bed to put our new mattress on, so we returned to the same Dreams store and purchased a new bed from the same member of staff. We cannot speak more highly of the member of staff.

As soon as we entered the store we were met by Elizabeth. She showed us how to use the test bed to work out the firmness of the mattress we required. She then showed us the various products that would meet our needs. Once we had made a selection the order was placed very quickly. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed but were carefully helped through the process. My wife left her bag in the store and the later that afternoon we had a call saying it had been found and was it ours. The store held the bag until we could collect it.
