Made appointment and we’re seen on time, by knowledgable assistant who explained everything clearly and gave us plenty of time to make our decision without being pressurised.

Clear pricing, shop is set out well and service was professional. Also liked the machine that assesses the way you sleep.

A staff member, Naomi, came over straight away to ask if we needed help. I explained who the mattress was for and she recommended a number of different ones and said to try them all out. She was very knowledgeable about the products she was showing us and was happy for us to go back and forth trying them out. She explained about the 40 nights trial and advised us to purchase a mattress protector to ensure this would be valid. I was very happy with the whole experience, excellent service and would definitely recommend the Cwmbran store to friends/family.

We were greeted by Lynne L, who looked after us through the bed purchasing process. She was very attentive and had a very good knowledge of the products available.

We really enjoyed the experience of finding a bed and mattress as we thought it was just buying a bed! But know we really liked the extra knowledge about how we sleep and what’s best for my husband and I.

We were treated with courteousy and with good knowledge. We were not rushed into making decisions and felt very comfortable coming to our decision to purchase òur items.
