Welcoming friendly staff with customer service that is sending to none. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for a bed

Lynne Llewellyn gave second to none service. She was thorough, knowledgeable and gave time for us to talk, never imposing or putting pressure but was very helpful and informative. A drink was offered a few times.

The service we received from Lizzie was exceptional. She met us with a happy and professional disposition seeking to understand our needs. The sleep match system was excellent and saved us trying lots of different mattresses. Lizzie gave us sufficient space to try the relevant mattresses and provided pricing and availability information in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble and she was instrumental in our whole experience.

sales staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and left us (customer) to think of the item we wanted without being too pushy.

We were made most welcome by Tracey who took us through the process of choosing a new mattress. With her help, we tried several different ones before making our choice. She made the ordering easy and provided a most welcome cup of tea.

Lizzie was very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of advice as well as the other colleagues in the store, even though delivery is delayed they explained why. Very good

Lizzie was excellent, greeted us upon arrival, listened to what we wanted. Showed us to the area we needed to look. Asked us if we wanted to use the machine to assess our body position when in bed. Explained the results clearly. Then gave us space to take our time to try out the matresses, but was on hand if we needed her. We thought she was excellent. Perfect amount of customer service. 5*
