I felt very safe whilst shopping. I was very well looked after by the staff , who were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Polite, friendly, extremely patient and helpful staff. Explained everything thoroughly. No judgement on our situation or price/budget/affordability. Cleanliness and spraying ( Covid ) wee taken care of of. Consideration taken when booking delivery, fitted it in to suit us. Given plenty of choice and price choice too !!

Overall a very good experience. From the moment we walked in we felt safe A very good selection of beds to try with a friendly and experienced lady to show us the difference between beds

Lizzie was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to to answer all my questions and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable

The young girl which helped us with choosing abed was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable she was a very polite young lady

The staff member Elizebeth was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me great advice as to what mattress I need and presented herself in a professional manner. Although the waiting times for delivery was longer than I expected, it was very understandable and I had no issues with that.
