Greeted when we arrived and talked through the process, various options etc. Sales person stayed with us and gave full attention - we felt she wanted us to make the right choices for us

Lynne James is the lady that served us in the Cwmbran store, she sanitised each bed after we used them, gave us a pillow suited to our needs and ensured there was a protective barrier on there, we used the machine to determine what kind of mattress we were looking for, offered us drinks and was very knowledgeable. Our experience was a very good one thanks to Lynne!

We came in to your Cwmbran store was greeted by a very friendly and polite lady by the name of Tracey who went out of her way to make us feel relaxed and comfortable

From entering the store approached very quickly by the assistant, she listened to what we were looking for and very professionally took us in the right direction

Staff member was friendly and knowledgeable

The assistant Trace was very knowledgable and friendly ,while maintaining a professional manner , she answered all the questions we had and made us feel very comfortable, she did not put us under any pressure whatsoever, in short I think your company is likely to have her working for you , thank you very much .

We were greeted by Lynne James, a warm friendly welcome asked how she could help and what we was looking for, she was very informative with what we was looking for, she didn’t force us to buy anything very professional with our needs for a new mattress,

We were greeted at the door in a friendly and professional manner, asked what exactly we were looking for. Assistant went through the Covid protocol and asked us to follow it. Assistant then spent time with us explaining everything we needed to know regarding choosing a mattress and explaining the differences and made sure everything was sprayed down following our trial of the different products. After choosing the product the assistant went through the different purchasing options and dealt with us in a very polite, friendly and professional manner. There was no feeling of pressure to purchase nor rushed into making any decisions.

I was Highly Satisfied with my visit as it was the first time me and my partner had been there and the Assistant Manager Tracey at the cwmbran store was extremely helpful in walking us through our first bed purchase for our first home, making sure that we had the perfect bed for us and that we were happy and taken care of as customers. The store was clean and social distancing measures were all in place which helped us feel comfortable with the pandemic. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
