I previously bought a bed from this store last year and was impressed by the service then. Tracey was a big help and able to narrow down the choices with us and place the order.

Naomi was very attentive and helpful whilst we were at the store. Giving us plenty of time to find exactly what we needed

No pushy sales person, instead someone who was friendly and took time to understand my very complex needs, which included buying a bed for my very ill father returning home from hospital for end of life care. Very human approach and made what was a raw and difficult event, as smooth and as efficient as possible. Very pleased with the service.

We first called to the Dreams store in Cribbs Causeway and were served superbly by Gareth who’s professionalism throughout was excellent. To make the decision we went for a bit of a shop around the centre and unfortunately lost track of time and were too late to go back to the store to complete the purchase. We then called to our local Dreams the following day and were served by Lynne L who was ably supported very well and very entertainingly by Lizzie. Both were excellent and ensured a very smooth transaction but special mention needs to go to Gareth in Bristol for how good he was the day before.

The lady was pleasant, helpful, didn’t rush me make a decision and provided tea and coffee during the time I was there
