We were greeted by Tracy who was very polite and helpful.listened to what we wanted. Took into consideration my husband’s age and mobility (85 and slow walking) was very caring and patient. Assisted with the bed selection machine. Very covid aware and safety. Made buying our mattress a pleasant experience as usually you could be left to wander aimlessly trying out mattresses but not getting anywhere (other stores)wasn’t pushy with sales.ie didn’t push us towards the most expensive one. Helped us choose the right one for us.explained all the offers available to us. We were offered tea ,coffee or water while ordering our mattress. The whole visit was really pleasant.

Felt safe in store all covid measures were met we new kinda what we wanted so help and advice from the team member was very helpful

Lizzie was extremely helpful and showed us the choices available on describing what we wanted. It took no time at all to find what we were looking for.

From start to finish we were given all the information we needed, all our questions were answered and any queries completely explained

Our sales person Tracey was great, friendly and knowledgeable. We were particularly impressed with the sleep analyser which led us to the perfect mattress for us

Using the dream match mattress was lovely and new to me, to see which one I needed based on my needs and the way I sleep.And Lynne from the Cwmbran Store was lovely and very knowledgeable and gave great customer service, and helped me find the right mattress for me. I will definetly recommend dreams to family and friends in the future.

My experience in dreams was extremely positive. I was unsure what type of bed I was looking for. A colleague- Tracey was extremely helpful and supported me perfectly. She had fantastic knowledge of the beds and mattresses available and helped me to choose the right bed for me!
