The shop assistant was extremely helpful and explained details about the matress. Didn't feel rushed and were able to take time looking and tested out mattresses for comfort.

Lynne James was extremely helpful at the Cwmbran store. We only went into Dreams to see if you sell the Simba matteress and was advised no and was ready to leave however Lynne helped us to find a mattresss similar to the Simba mattress to see if we liked it. She did the sleep test machine on us and advised us on other mattreressss that were suited to us. She helped us find one with a similar price range to the Simba mattress and gave us all the time we needed to decide if we wanted it. She didnt pressure us to buy it which is what i prefer in sales people. She also helped us find pillows suited to our need and again didnt pressure us to buy them. Lynne was an excellent sales rep for Dreams

It was the first bed my and my partner bought together and it was a very friendly and stress free process. We had to take our infant daught with us and when she got abit fed up, Lynne James, the store colleague who assisted us would help calm her down and she never made us feel bad for our daughter when she wanted to run or when she cried. Overall the experience was highly satisfactory and I would recommend dreams to a friend and would hight recommend help from Lynne

Staff Tracy was very good to explain to me in the way to understand everything as per my English isn't very good. So I was pleased how Tracy managed her process during my visit and my purchase items..!
