Really enjoyed the experience in shopping for a new bed lovely store and fabulous service looking forward to some really lovely sleeps the staff did really go above and beyond

We were approached on arrival by a friendly but not pushy sales assistant. She listened to our needs, made our son feel comfortable and recommended a product she had good knowledge of. She was polite, offered us water and ensured our son tried out the mattresses as well as the sleep analysis machine. She was conscious of our budget and explained the interest free finance options to us.

Naomi in Cwmbran was very friendly, knowledgeable and allowed us the time to try things without being pushy. Very helpful young lady

Lynne James was very friendly and helpful found what I wanted and needed quickly and I had a cup of tea.

Lynne was really helpful, showing us how to open the Ottoman and listening and reassuring us when we had concerns. Other staff members also made a point of saying hello.

From the moment we walked into the shop we felt comfortable everything was clearly marked out and hand sanitiser available Our sales representative Lynne approached us understood what I wanted and showed me a range of mattresses to choose from Everything went brilliantly and I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone
