Tracey the assistant who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful great service

As soon as we entered the store we were immediately greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. First impressions count for me and I knew then that I would be happy to purchase from this consultant. She showed me over to the product I was after, she sanitized everything before and after I had touched it. She made recommendations and brought over a colleague to give further information. Overall I was delighted with the service I received, which is why I made a purchase.

My partner and I received great customer service from a young employee called Naomi. She greeted us at the door and asked how she could help us. She showed us around the different mattress’, whilst maintaining social distancing. She had lots of product knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions. She made the whole process really easy for us, by offering to take away and recycle our old mattress, finding a delivery time that suited us and even giving us a bottle of water whilst we filled out the forms.

We had made an appointment and we were welcomed, by name , when we arrived. The lady that was dealing with us was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information regarding the type of product that would suit our needs. We were given time to check out each mattress to ensure we were getting the correct one. While processing the order we were offered bottle water, which was very welcome.

Lynne James as the sales person was professional, patient and extremely helpful

Lynne James in your Cwmbran store was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the beds. She took time to explain everything about every bed we tried out. She let us know about offers and different options available for all the beds,we finally decided on a Tempur Cooltouch Mattress and Whitworth Divan. After each bed we tried it was sanitised ready for the next customer. Lynne didn't rush us at all and offered us tea,coffee or water while we waited. Overall our experience at Dreams was excellent, keep up the excellent staff and customer relations.

I was more than pleased with Naomi the young lady who helped us chose a bed .She went the extra mile to assist with my needs .I had two injuries to my legs and couldn’t raise my legs on my own to lay on beds .My husband has this job normally but Naomi insisted my husband got on with trying the mattress out .While she lifted my legs she was a very kind hearted and efficient assistant .Cwmbran store should be proud of her .Even asked us a few times were we sure she couldn’t get us a drink as it was very warm in store and wearing masks made it even hotter .Also on leaving store after purchase would we like some bottle water to take with us .Excellent service provided by this young lady .
